At Strands By Nature, we aim to get your natural hair products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During busy periods, such as product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly extended - but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and updated.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates (UK Only)

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Option Estimated Delivery Time & Cost
Standard Delivery (2–3 working days): £3.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £4.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
Free UK Delivery: Orders over £50

All delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary slightly based on location or external factors.
📍Order Tracking: If tracking is available for your chosen delivery method, a tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received tracking details after dispatch, feel free to reach out to us at admin@strandsbynature.com.
🛑 Delivery Issues: If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate and do everything we can to help get your order sorted. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input.

📬 Missed or Returned Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, we will get in touch to arrange a redelivery. Additional postage fees may apply.
🌍 International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned - we hope to expand in the near
future!
💌 Returns:  We want you to love your Strands by Nature products. If something isn’t right, email your receipt to info@strandsbynature.com within 30 days of purchase.

Faulty or incorrect item? We’ll send a replacement, on us.

Changed your mind? We offer refunds (excluding shipping) once the item is returned
unused and in its original condition.
